The Honourable Mr Justice Gerard Hogan of the High Court of Ireland will chair. The speakers will be Mr Michael Smyth CBE, author of "Business and the Human Rights Act" and Vice-Chairman of the International Bar Association's CSR committee, Tina Roche, Chief Executive of Business in the Community Ireland and Esther Lynch, Legislation & Social Affairs Officer of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.

Ms Esther Lynch is Legislation and Social Affairs Officer with the Irish Congress of Trade Unions. Esther has been with the ICTU since 1993 and is senior official with responsibility for advising the Congress Executive on matters relating to labour law and corporate governance. Esther is board member of the Health and Safety Authority and an alternate member of the Company Law Reform Group. Esther is a member of the European Trade Union Confederation labour law experts' group and worker delegate for Ireland to the International Labour Organisation. Esther prepared the ICTU shadow report under the UN Universal Periodic Review process.
Ms Tina Roche is Chief Executive of Business in the Community Ireland. Tina was appointed Chief Executive of The Foundation for Investing in Communities in January 2000. She established two organisations: Business in the Community Ireland and The Community Foundation for Ireland. Tina has overseen the development of Employment for People from Immigrant Communities, the Schools Business Partnership, The Linkage Programme and Ready for Work. Tina led the establishment of a philanthropic vehicle for donors and is building a permanent civic endowment fund through the development of The Community Foundation for Ireland.
Mr Michael Smyth CBE read law at Clare College Cambridge and was partner at Clifford Chance from 1990 until 2010 and was responsible for Clifford Chance's CSR. He is Vice-Chairman of the International Bar Association's CSR committee. Michael has over twenty-five years' experience litigating before domestic and international tribunals, including the European Court of Human Rights and is the author of Business and the Human Rights Act. He is a Visiting Professor of Queen Mary College, University of London and Consulting Editor of the UK Human Rights Law Reports. He was made a Commander of the British Empire in 2009.
