CLM is seeking submissions for the first 2016 publication of its peer reviewed journal “Irish Community Development Law Journal”. The journal seeks to offer a platform for interaction that encourages greater scholarly and academic collaboration in the areas of social policy, law and community development, promoting the practice of community economic development law and policy in Ireland and learning about these initiatives in other countries.
The theme of this issue is “Access to Justice”, with this edition of the Irish Community Development Law Journal will examine how access to justice in Ireland is looking today and will explore models of legal aid in Ireland and internationally.
Submissions are welcome from practitioners and academics working across a broad range of disciplines and professions.
