The Children's Rights Alliance is hosting a seminar on a key piece of legislation for children, the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015.
The event will be opened by Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality, Frances Fitzgerald TD and the key note address will be given by Professor Geoffrey Shannon, founding patron of the Children's Rights Alliance and Special Rapporteur on Child Protection.
Professor Shannon will then be joined by Children's Rights Alliance CEO, Tanya Ward and Grainia Long, CEO of the ISPCC for a panel discussion. The event will be chaired by Noeline Blackwell, CEO of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.
