Founded in 2012, Key4Life is a dynamic, expanding charity which works on the front-line with young men (18 to 26-year-olds) in prison and those at risk of going to prison, helping them to find a new path and successfully reintegrate back into society through an innovative seven-step model. Key4Life empowers vulnerable young offenders, minimises barriers and creates opportunities to ensure successful rehabilitation and integration into society upon release. Key4Life's aims are to reduce youth re-offending rates and not only address symptoms but rather the root causes of re-offending.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery and management of the innovative and dynamic Key4Life programme in London working directly with and supporting both the young men and their mentors.
