The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has launched a call for tender with the aim to identify contractors to provide research and analysis services on fundamental rights issues. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to award a framework services contract for the provision of FRANET - Data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues.
The objective of the FRA is to provide the relevant institutions, bodies, offices of the Community and its Member States with assistance and expertise relating to fundamental rights when implementing Community law in order to support them when they take measures or formulate courses of action within their respective spheres of competence to fully respect fundamental rights.
