Location:  5 Eustace St, Temple Bar, Dublin, 2

The ITM employs a part time Director to manage the organisation in conjunction with the board of management (Central Group). The ITM are seeking qualified candidates to tender for the position of interim director to work with the board to carry out a number of key tasks on a part-time basis. The position would start in October 2017 for four months.

The successful tender, who will have management experience, will liaise with a subgroup of the board to finalise working arrangements including hours and days of work and will be directly supported by this subgroup in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

Information must be provided on:

• Demonstrated management experience, specifically in relation to governance, finance and staff management
• Demonstrated experience in delivering tasks outlined above.
• Proposed daily rate for this work
• Relevant experience, particularly in relation to working with a voluntary board and developing key relationships
• Understanding and commitment to the Vision, Mission and Principles of ITM
• Understanding of issues of equality, racism, interculturalism, social inclusion
• Outline of previous work & CV of consultant
• Tax compliance
• The names and contact details of at least two referees in relation to recent pieces of relevant

work must be provided. These referees may be contacted as part of the tender assessment

process
