This series of Guides was officially launched on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 at 10am. PILA along with our partners on this project welcomed NGO representatives, legal professionals, and academics to the Launch. Speakers at the event, Shamika Dwarika, Eilis Barry, Carolann Minnock, Naoise Cosgrove, Sinead Lucey, and Conrad Bryan, talked about the rationale for the guides, the general overview of their contents and offered an understanding of the aims of the series. There was a discussion regarding the benefits of the Guides to NGOs and information about when, why, and how to avail of each of these legal remedies.
