The Law Society of Ireland Human Rights Competition - One week to go!

The Law Society of Ireland Human Rights Competition

The Law Society of Ireland’s Human Rights and Equality Committee invites all students of law to participate in its Human Rights Student Competition 2022/2023.

Students are invited to submit a video identifying an important human rights issue within Irish society and provide a discussion on the effectiveness of the existing legal framework in protecting that particular right. Students are encouraged to be creative and think outside the box when delivering the discussion, format and content of the video.

The winning entry will be awarded €500 and advertised on the Law Society’s social media. All entrants will be informed of the results.

All entries must be received no later than Friday, 3 February 2023. If you have any questions, contact Nadia Quinn Sciascia, Secretary to the Human Rights and Equality Committee.
