PILA is holding a seminar on public interest litigation on Friday 29 October 2010. The half day seminar will have addresses on NGOs & public interest litigation, rules of standing and protective costs orders by Iain Byrne of INTERIGHTS, Patrick Dillon-Malone BL and Brian Kennelly of Blackstone Chambers respectively.
