PILA on clinical legal education

Please click here to view a recent post on Human Rights in Ireland by PILA Manager, Larry Donnelly, on the interaction between legal aid cuts, pro bono and clinical legal education. The post notes that through links between law school students and law centres and non-governmental organisations, "literally life-changing results have been achieved in the courts for many of those on society's margins. What's more, both empirical and anecdotal evidence in the US indicates that law students who participated in clinical programmes don't forget their experience".
