Transparency International seeks Advocacy and Legal Executive Intern deadline 18 November 2011

Transparency International (TI) Ireland is the Irish Chapter of the leading global anti-corruption coalition. TI Ireland's work is to promote responsible government and business basing its work on the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Integrity, Solidarity, Courage, Justice and Democracy.

This internship position offers flexible working hours around a structure of 10am - 6pm, one to two days per week. The term of the internship is for 6 months, following a successful probationary period of four weeks. In some cases the duration can be extended by mutual agreement between TI Ireland and the intern.

TI Ireland has a volunteer programme policy and is committed to supporting its interns to enjoy a worthwhile and rewarding volunteer experience.

Attributes

  • Background and training in professions, preferably in Law
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • IT and presentation skills are essential. Good inter-personal skills

Legal training / experience is a key advantage for this role
