International Humanitarian Law Round Table Discussion: The role of IHL in Transitional Justice

The next IHL Roundtable will take place on Thursday 7 February. These roundtables organised by the Irish Red Cross serve as an informal space for academics, practitioners, students or others with an interest to engage in various aspects of IHL. The format for the round-table discussions is informal and the Chatham House rule will apply.

This discussion will be facilitated by Dr James Gallen, who will briefly present ‘The role of International Humanitarian Law in Transitional Justice’ before opening the discussion up to the floor.
