Program Coordinator with International Network of Civil Liberties Organisations (INCLO) - deadline 26 April

Post Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS), Executive Secretariat of the INCLO, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Duration:Fixed-term contract for an initial period of ten months.

Income:
Salary range: $2500- $3000 USD per month depending upon candidate´s skills and experience. This salary range is equivalent to an average NGO director salary in Buenos Aires.

The International Network of Civil Liberties Organizations (INCLO) is a network of independent national human rights organizations working to promote fundamental rights and freedoms by supporting and mutually reinforcing the work of the member organizations working in their respective countries and collaborating on a bilateral and multilateral basis.

The members of the INCLO are: the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU); the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI); the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA); Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS); the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights (EIPR); Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU); the Irish Council for Civil Liberties (ICCL); the Kenya Human Rights Commission; the Legal Resource Center (LRC); and Liberty.

Reports to: The Program Coordinator will report to the co-chairs of the INCLO (Mark Kelly of the Irish Council for Civil Liberties and Gaston Chillier of CELS) and will be managed by the CELS Executive Director/INCLO co-chair. The Coordinator will work closely with 10 INCLO member organizations. He/she will need to ensure that INCLO members are kept informed of the work carried out on behalf of the INCLO and undertake consultations and liaise with INCLO members on an on-going basis.

Required:
•    Five to ten years experience in the non-governmental sector
•    Master level or equivalent graduate degree in International Relations, Political Sciences, Development, Law or related field.
•    Excellent command of English (currently the working language of INCLO) and Spanish
