This case study, prepared by Amnesty International and partners, was prepared as part of the evaluation of work undertaken in recent years in attempting to secure Ireland’s signature and ratification of the optional protocol to the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights. It seems to draw out top-line learning to inform the campaigning and advocacy work of both Amnesty International, and other organisations.
