The Minister for Justice and Equality, Alan Shatter TD, is hosting a consultative seminar to discuss the manner in which a Family Court structure might be established in the Constitution, and how this would operate in practice.

Speakers include: Ms. Justice Judith Ryan, Family Court of Australia; Mr. Gerard Durcan, SC; Ms Muriel Walls, Chairperson Legal Aid Board and family law practitioner.

Members of the Judiciary, practitioners, and those with an interest in Family Law are invited to attend. Spaces are limited. Those wishing to attend must register their interest here before Friday 28th June, 2013. CPD credits will be awarded for attendance.

It should be noted that due to an IT problem last week, some registrations were not recorded. Anyone who has registered but has not received a confirmation email will need to re-register.
