· David Leigh – Former Investigations Executive Editor at the Guardian Newspaper, London. An award winning investigative journalist responsible for the publication of key international corruption exposures and a member of the team who handled the publication of the WikiLeaks exposure.
· Professor John Horgan – Ireland’s first dedicated Press Ombudsman. Former professor of Journalism at Dublin City University.
· The Hon. Mr Justice Michael Peart – Judge of the High Court. Judge in Residence at the Hibernian Law Journal.
· Chairperson: Vincent Browne – TV3 presenter and journalist with the Irish Times and the Sunday Business Post.
