Five Permanent Lecturing Posts available in UCD (with a possibility of one or more temporary three year appointments)

UCD Sutherland School of Law is seeking applications for five lectureships, with a closing date of 19 June 2014. The School will consider applications from candidates with interests in all fields of law and would particularly welcome applications from candidates with teaching and/or research interests in the following fields:

  • Clinical Legal Education/Legal Profession
  • French Law
  • Chinese Law
  • Dispute Resolution (including arbitration, adjudication and mediation)
  • Property Law (including English land law), Law of Equity and Trusts
  • Criminal Law and Criminal Justice
  • Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law
  • Banking Law, Financial Regulation
  • Medical and Health Law and Regulation.
  • Energy Law
  • Islamic Law
  • Employment and Industrial Relations Law
  • Law and Economics
  • Planning Law 

Note: One or more lectureships may be offered on a temporary three-year basis.
