The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Ireland is recruiting a Head of National Office. The successful candidate will manage the National Office in Dublin, under the supervision of the UNHCR Regional Representation in Belgium, promoting protection and solution in Ireland for persons of concern to UNHCR and will contribute to mobilising support for UNHCR activities more globally.

The successful candidate will have a relevant University degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant job experience of which 2 years in an Irish or international professional capacity. Previous experience in or knowledge of National/European Union refugee protection or human rights law is desirable.
