GLEN is one of Ireland’s leading human rights and equality organisations, striving to achieve full equality and change for LGBT people. They are seeking an Executive Director Designate to lead a team and help shape and deliver GLEN’s strategy.
This is a high profile role that involves international representational work, and the successful candidate will be a leader who will inspire their team, society and State partners to build an Ireland that embraces full equality and inclusion. The successful applicant will report to the Board of the Directors.
The experience sought include leadership, communication and advocacy skills, financial management and fundraising and an ability to lead and motivate people. Candidates should also have a knowledge and appreciation of the wide range of issues confronting LGBT people.
