RightsInfo: Chief Executive – deadline 4 November

RightsInfo is the UK’s most exciting digital human rights project, building support for human rights in the UK by producing engaging, accessible and beautifully presented online human rights content. In just a year and a half, it has built a new digital media space for human rights, featuring award-winning infographics, video, animation and news content. RightsInfo is now recruiting a Chief Executive on a permanent full time basis, based in London.

The Chief Executive will lead RightsInfo’s rapid development from a digital start-up to an industry-leading human rights media platform. The role involves responsibility for the successful leadership and management of the organisation. This will involve recruiting and managing a team of staff, ensuring that RightsInfo continues to produce superb online content, building strategic partnerships within the digital, commercial and charitable sector and working with existing and potential funders.

The successful candidate should have a belief in and commitment to human rights, interpersonal and leadership skills, and permission to live and work in the UK. Desirable experience includes at least 3 years of management experience, digital experience, fundraising, financial reporting and public speaking experience.
