LawWorks: Head of Learning and Practice – deadline 1 February

LawWorks is a charity working in England and Wales to connect volunteer lawyers with people in need of legal advice, who are not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford to pay, and with the not-for-profit organisations that support them.

The Head of Learning and Practice position involves leading and shaping key areas of LawWorks’ development and policy. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Policy and External Affairs team.

Experience of the legal profession or professional legal qualifications are not essential for the role, but applicants should have the ability to transfer skills and experience to the role. Relevant experience in an academic, training, consultancy, advice or voluntary sector context in the UK would be valuable. Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent.

To apply, please submit a CV and covering letter addressing the person specification to applications@lawworks.org.uk with the subject ‘Head of L&P’. The deadline for applications is 9 am, Wednesday 1 February. Interviews will take place on 16 February in London.
