OutRight Action International: Director of Global Advocacy – deadline 15 March

OutRight Action International is seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about the fulfilment of the rights of LGBTI persons.

The position is located in New York City with extensive travel overseas. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Global Advocacy will manage and build on, high-performing programs through close collaboration with colleagues and partners across OutRight Action International’s priority countries.

The Director of Global Advocacy is responsible for developing the vision for their area and supporting their team to implement this vision. It is expected that they will conceptualize innovative programs that deliver real results for LGBTI people in OutRight’s priority countries. The Director will also manage the timely and effective implementation of programs and will have direct supervision of 6 team members, situated in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa, the US and South America.
