An interactive workshop focusing on developing supported decision making skills using a model adopted in 7 different countries. The workshop will provide a framework for you to have a purposeful conversation that will elicit a person’s expressed wishes without bounds.
Places are limited to 20 to ensure each individual has the opportunity to practice the supported decision making skills. This workshop is aimed at professionals and it is essential that all participants attend both days of the workshop.
The cost of the workshop includes the 2 day workshop and materials, refreshments in the morning and afternoon and lunch. Please note it does not include overnight accommodation.
