Committee on the Administration of Justice: Solicitor (Maternity Cover) – deadline 30 May

The Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ) is a leading non-governmental human rights organisation with cross-community membership in Northern Ireland and beyond. It lobbies and campaigns on a broad range of human rights issues and seeks to ensure the highest standards in the administration of justice in Northern Ireland by ensuring that the Government complies with its obligations in international human rights law.

The role of solicitor (maternity cover) will include providing advice and assistance in relation to human rights violations, in particular those arising from the conflict in Northern Ireland, public interest litigations and contributing to CAJ’s policy and research work.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Secondment will be considered. The position will last between 6 and 12 months.
