You are cordially invited to the launch of two new equality guides by Community Law & Mediation and Northside Centre for the Unemployed.
The new guides are designed to assist the general public and advocates in taking equality cases to the WRC and the Courts, using employment equality and equal status legislation. Guide to Taking an Employment Equality case and Discrimination in Accessing Goods and Services: Guide to Taking an Equal Status Case will be launched by Minister Finian McGrath on 29th September at 9.30am.
