The Participation and the Practice of Rights organisation (PPR) provides tools and support to marginalised groups actively asserting their human right to participate in economic and social decisions which affect their lives. They are currently recruiting for a Development Worker.

Participation and the Practice of Rights (PPR) is seeking to recruit a Development Worker to support and organise with Housing4All-a group of asylum seekers, refugees and supporters campaigning to end destitution and secure the right to housing for all people seeking asylum.
The position is ideal for applicants with a passion for social justice and human rights, solid campaigning experience, a willingness to listen and learn, and a determination to challenge inequality. 
 
Belfast, Starting salary £28,489 pro rata (plus 8% pension), 24.5 hours per week in year 1, reducing to 17.5 hours per week in year 2. The post may be extended subject to further funding.
