TCD: Human Rights and Religions Summer School – 25-29 June

Within this summer school the central question is: What is the role of religious discourse, and the place of religious freedoms, within contemporary human rights frameworks?

Building upon the successful launch of the inaugural TCD Human Rights and Religions Summer School in 2017, the 2018 Summer School will explore this question broadly across themes including the relationship between religion, human rights and the state, the idea of non-discrimination, the problem of hate speech, and the rights of religious minorities.
