IPRT is recruiting an Executive Director who will be responsible for the leadership, management and direction of IPRT within the context of the IPRT Strategic Plan 2017-2021. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall performance of the organisation in delivering on the strategic objectives and for the day-to-day operation of the business under the delegated authority of the Board of Directors.
It is seeking a dynamic leader with ability to inspire and convey IPRT’s mission and vision to a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with good understanding of public policy development and will have the capacity to serve as national spokesperson as well as demonstrating a commitment to social justice, human rights and IPRT’s vision, mission and values.
