Rights of Women: Senior Legal Officer (Employment law) – deadline 1 March

Rights of Women is a UK charity which provides women with the legal advice and information they need to understand and use the law and their legal rights.

It is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to manage and deliver the Rights of Women employment law services and projects that are aimed at women experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace.

This primarily involves providing legal advice over the telephone to women callers (as a single intervention) but may also include delivery of a minor element of casework. In particular she is responsible for the implementation and delivery of a project funded by the Rosa Justice and Equality Fund. She is responsible for recruitment and support and supervision of a team of volunteers. She is also responsible for assisting the Director in the development of and fundraising for our projects and services.
