Uplift is a community of like-minded people who together are holding political and corporate decision makers to account. It campaigns on issues like housing, climate change, racial and gender equality.
The local and European elections are looming and a general election is highly likely next year. It wants to hit the ground running to make sure that all candidates are crystal clear about the policies and changes it wants politicians - local, national and at EU level to advance.
Your role will be to shape and implement member mobilisation plans ahead of the election - focusing primarily on housing, climate change.
You’ll be joining a small agile team to build on an organising and campaign model that combines large-scale member engagement and smart strategic campaigning underscored by a commitment to continual improvement through sophisticated testing and analytics.

Position locations: You can be based anywhere in Ireland but must be willing and able to travel. Uplift has an office in Dublin
Compensation: 35 hours a week, €30,000 starting salary. You will also have access to top class learning opportunities and will work with world leaders in digital technology, people powered campaigning and movement building methodologies.
