CLM: Part-time Communications Manager – deadline 17 May

This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting Community Law & Mediation (CLM) to deliver outcomes identified in its new strategic plan.  The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO of CLM and will be a member of CLM’s management team. 

The role will involve devising and implementing the communications strategy of CLM with the primary objective of building CLM’s communications capacity in terms of media relations (local and national), social media strategy and output, and informing both key stakeholders and the wider public debate about key issues relevant to the organisation.

Set up in 1975, CLM has been a pioneering organisation in the provision of community based legal and mediation services. 

CLM’s mission is to provide people in our communities with expert legal, mediation, and education services they would not otherwise have access to and in doing so, to address underlying issues of injustice and exclusion while working for real change.

The position of Communications Manager is fixed term (2 years) and part time (3 days per week, with flexibility as to the hours).  It is based in CLM’s office in Coolock and has an immediate start.  Salary details are available on request.
