The Irish Penal Reform Trust is delighted to invite you to the launch of Progress in the Penal System: 2019. The launch takes place on Friday 25th October 2019 at 11.30am in the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission.
The PIPS reports provide a comprehensive analysis of progress over the previous 12 months towards meeting human rights and best practice in Ireland’s penal system. Director General of the Irish Prison Service Ms Caron McCaffrey will be keynote speaker.
