The PILS Project: The Truth about Pro Bono – 12 November

This webinar aims to tell the truth about pro bono by using real-life case studies to showcase what pro bono legal work looks like in 2020.

The PILS Project was set up to break down barriers and increase access to justice. In this webinar, we are aiming to dispel some myths around getting involved in pro bono work.

If you’ve ever been intrigued about the prospect of offering your legal skills to advance human rights issues, or haven’t been sure how to step into the world of pro bono volunteering, PILS and our panel of speakers will show you what pro bono looks like in practice.

The webinar will be chaired by the PILS Project.

The panel speakers are:

  • Johanna Cunningham, Arthur Cox Belfast
  • Jonathan Hacking, A&L Goodbody Belfast
  • Laura Neal, Friends of the Earth NI
  • Kathryn Stevenson, Children’s Law Centre
