Community Law and Mediation is delighted to offer a free legal advice clinic (by Zoom) related to enjoyment of one’s environment.

The clinic runs monthly, and our next sessions will be held on:

- November 16th from 10am

- December 14th from 10am

 What types of issues can we advise on?

 Some of the cases that have presented to our environmental clinic so far have included:

 - Coastal flooding and a threat to property resulting from sea level rise;

- Water pollution issues;

- Health impacts arising from burning of solid fuels and toxic waste;

- Risk to health and safety and adjacent properties caused by Derelict Sites;

- Illegal dumping;

- Noise pollution.

We welcome any queries that may relate to the enjoyment of one’s environment. This may also include (but is not limited to):

- Health impacts from air pollution (eg asthma, respiratory concerns)

- Health impacts from water pollution

- Poor accommodation standards (related to eg dampness, flooding, sanitation)
