The Chief Justice is hosting a public conference on the 21^st October 2022 entitled Human Rights in a Time of Change: Perspectives from Ireland & Strasbourg as part of a programme to mark a visit of the President and Vice President and some members of the ECtHR to Dublin for bilateral meetings during Ireland’s Council of Europe Presidency.
