People Manager
Public Interest Law Centre is seeking a People Manager with expertise in fostering a positive and healthy working culture to reflect and feed into PILC’s movement lawyering approach. Whilst you do not need to have prior charity experience, you will feel closely aligned to PILC’s organisational values and objectives so that our work ethic is reflected internally, staff are well supported and we continue to support our grassroots partners in their struggle for radical social change.
People with lived experience of poverty, from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ individuals and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. We welcome evidence of experience from both work and non-work settings such as volunteering and personal life.
The closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 3rd February 2025 and we anticipate holding interviews week beginning 10th February 2025.
