AkiDwA: Two Day Human Rights Symposium – Tuesday 21st October

AkiDwA – The Migrant Women’s Network – is delighted to invite you to attend our Two-Day Human Rights Symposium, taking place on 21–22 October 2025 in Dublin. This hybrid event will bring together migrant communities, civil society organisations, policymakers, and private sector partners to:

• Share lived experiences and perspectives of migrant rights in Ireland and Europe.
• Discuss challenges such as racial discrimination, inequality, and systemic barriers.
• Co-develop actionable strategies and recommendations for advancing inclusion, equality, and human rights.

Event Highlights:

• Day 1: Knowledge-sharing, thematic workshops, and a testimonial panel from migrant women.
• Day 2: Policy dialogue, roundtable discussions, and adoption of a joint NGO statement.
