Irish Coalition of Drug Reform Coordinator: Coalition Coordinator – deadline Monday 23rd March

The Irish Coalition for Drug Reform is recruiting a full-time Coalition Coordinator to lead the delivery of our strategy and programme of work and help shape the next phase of national coalition development.

This is a senior coordination role focused on turning strategy into action, supporting a diverse national coalition, line-managing staff, overseeing governance and reporting, and helping advance a health-led, human-rights approach to drug policy in Ireland.

We’re looking for someone with strong judgement, excellent relationship-building skills, experience coordinating multi-stakeholder work, and a deep commitment to harm reduction and lived and living experience led practice.

  • Dublin-based (hybrid), with national travel
  • Full-time (35 hours per week)
  • Fixed-term contract (details in job description)
