Restorative Practices Ireland: Invitation to Tender for the Development of Legal Structure and Business Plan – deadline Friday 9 September

Restorative Practices Ireland (RPI) is a partnership of agencies, communities and individuals with an interest and strategic role in the development of restorative practices in Ireland, and is currently funded by the Childhood Development Initiative. RPI aims to promote and support the use of restorative approaches across schools, communities, services and the criminal justice system.

RPI is inviting tenders for the development of its legal structure and business plan. It is seeking assistance with its incorporation as a legal entity and with the development of a five-year business plan which will establish RPI as a sustainable independent organisation that partners with and complements the planned Centre for Restorative Excellence in Northern Ireland.

The specific objectives sought in the tender include advising the Steering Committee regarding options for legal incorporation according to the RPI vision, mission and objectives; to work with the development sub-committee to maximise buy-in from key stakeholders across the country in planning the work of RPI for the next five years; to facilitate three planning sessions with key stakeholders; to write a fully costed five-year business plan (including strategic objectives, market analysis, marketing strategy etc.)

The work is anticipated to commence at the beginning of October 2016 and be completed by the end of January 2017.

Applications should include a CV, proposed methodology, costs, anticipated completion time, two recent professional referees, and proposed timelines. The application should be send to Claire Casey at claire@twcdi.ie or at 01 494 0030, by 5pm on Friday 9 September 2016.
