FLAC & LGBT Ireland: Online Information Event on Registering a Birth – 2 April

Join FLAC & LGBT Ireland online to hear about the steps to register or re-register a birth, to include both parents on a birth certificate.

Part 2 & 3 of the Children and Family Law Relationships Act 2015 (CFRA) comes into effect on 5th May 2020.

This means that if you are an LGBTI+ parent or expectant parent who used donor conception, you may soon have the opportunity to re-register your child’s birth, to include both parents on their birth certificate.

Join the FLAC & LGBT Ireland online information event to hear from Family Law expert Katie Dawson BL and Brendan O’Loughlin, Assistant Registrar General, about the steps involved to register or re-register the birth of your child.
