Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission: Junior Solicitor – closing date 7 May 2020

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is Ireland’s national human rights institution and national equality body.

An opportunity now exists in the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission for a Junior Solicitor who will have direct responsibility for a litigation brief. The role will involve assisting in the delivery of the Commission’s compliance and enforcement functions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enrolled as a Solicitor in the State or be entitled to be enrolled and have applied for enrolment;
  • Have experience in equality and/or human rights law.
  • Have the capacity to undertake high volumes of work to strict deadlines under pressure.
