Public Law Project: Research Fellow in Constitutional Reform – closing date 31 May 2020

The UK Government intends to embark on a significant programme of constitutional reform, which may involve changes to judicial review and the Human Rights Act. Any such reforms must be based on robust evidence about how the UK public law system operates, and a clear understanding of the value of good public decision-making and access to public law remedies. The Research Fellow appointed to this new two-year position will conduct empirical research on issues surrounding the Government’s proposed constitutional reforms. The work will be dynamic and of practical relevance, mindful of the current environment, including the COVID 19 pandemic.

The deadline for this application is 11.59pm on 31st May 2020.
