We invite you to join us on Wednesday 15 April for an online discussion hosted by FLAC and the Human Rights Consortium exploring the Council of Europe’s Chișinău Process and its potential implications for the European Convention on Human Rights and, in turn, the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement and access to Convention rights in the UK and Ireland.
With expert contributions from Professor Natasa Mavronicola (University of Birmingham), Alyson Kilpatrick (Chief Commissioner at the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission) and Professor Andrew Forde (Dublin City University), we will examine emerging risks to Convention rights and what they may mean for civil society and others across these islands.
Date & Time: Wed 15 Apr 2026 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
