Refugee & Immigration Practitioners Network & Irish Centre for European Law - One Day Seminar, *Tomorrow* 12 November 2010

The Refugee & Immigration Practitioners Network and the Irish Centre for European Law are hosting a one day seminar - "Protecting Fundamental Rights: Clarifying the Principles of Refugee Protection in light of EU law". The conference will cover topics including:

- Recent developments in EU law and ECHR law in the field of Asylum law
- The ECJ as a Refugee Court: The Application of General Principles of EU Law
- Credibility and the analysis of Prospective Risk
- Subsidiary Protection
- The Immigration Residence and Protection Bill 2010

Speakers include:

This conference will take place tomorrow, 12 November 2010 in the President's Hall at the Law Society, Blackhall Place. The registration fee is €125 with a special rate of €75 for ICEL members, Students and Trainee Solicitors and Barristers.
