Transparency International Ireland: Integrity at Work Programme Manager – 19 August 2016

Transparency International is seeking a Programme Manager to lead its Integrity at Work Programme. Integrity at Work is a non-profit, multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at promoting supportive working environments for anyone reporting concerns about wrongdoing. This programme will assist compliance with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 which deals with whistleblowers.

The role includes identifying and meeting prospective participants; managing a client relations management scheme; managing all IAW events and services including training, newsletters and conferences.

Candidates should have (among other things) three years’ experience of project management (start-up management will be particularly advantageous); strong knowledge of excel and MS Office and client relationship management software; entrepreneurial skill; ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; fluent English.

This position is for three months with the potential offer of full-time permanent employment, subject to successful completion of a probationary period and confirmation of funding for 2017.
