The Scottish Human Rights Commission: Part Time Commission Member – deadline 2 May

The Scottish Human Rights Commission’s role is to promote widespread awareness, understanding of, and respect for human rights.

The Scottish Parliament Corporate Body (SBCB) is seeking is seeking to appoint a part-time Commission member who must be able to spend 30 days per year on commission business.

You will be a team player with excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively challenge and influence decision making.

The daily fee rate is £262.74. The appointment is for a fixed term of 6 years.     

The successful candidate will be expected to take up office on 1 September 2017.

The Commission is based in Edinburgh.
